<category>の使い方がいまいちよくわからんのですが、とりあえずitemの中にあるか外にあるかでまず分離。
itemの中にある場合、そのitemの属するカテゴリー名を、外にある場合は、サイトが属するカテゴリーを指定すると解釈。
ただ、カテゴリーの値は一つであり、また属性domainを指定でき、そのカテゴリーが属するカテゴリーURLを指定することができるみたい。
